Perfect Black

Created for use with semi-opaque outer sleeves. Whether you use our own Hyper Clear sleeves or Dragon Shields translucent color sleeves your deck might not always be tournament legal. In an effort to stop “marked” cards in tournaments, opaque backed sleeves are very important in a tournament setting. Perfect Black inner sleeves allow you to use the translucent sleeve of your choice.
